Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC) a wholly Owned Subsidiary Of The Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) is inviting international tenderers To Submit tenders for WATER AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS PACKAGE in accordance with the requirements set forth in the tenders document for South Helwan supercritical power plant 3x650 MW.
This package will be financed from the Kuwait fund for Arab economic development (KFAED)
The tenders submitting the tender shall be the designers, suppliers, and installers of the ultra filtration system, water demineralization system and wastewater treatment system.

The tenders must be submitted not later than February ,8,2015 in two envelopes at 12:00 noon (Egypt local time) Envelope A must contain all the required information, (except all Schedules of Quantities & prices) and must include a Tender security in an acceptable form equal to USD 750,000 Envelope B must contain all Schedules of Quantities & prices.

Only Envelope A will be opened February ,8,2015 at 12:00 noon (Egypt Local time) in the presence of Tenderer's representatives who choose to attend at the Headquarters of UEEPCat the address shown above.
Tenderers whose: tenders have been determined to be substantially responsive shall be informed of the opening date for Envelope B
