Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC) a wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company(EEHC) now invites sealed bids from international manufacturers to submit Bids for Feed Water Heaters for South Helwan supercritical power plant 3 x 650 M.W.
The principle equipment designer and manufacturer of closed Feed Water Heaters shall either be the sole entity submitting the Bid or, in the event the bid is submitted by a consortium, shall be a partner in proposed consortium.
The tender document will be available at UEEPC's office on September 22, 2014 tenderers may receive the tender document by submitting a written application in one original and two copies to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee 1500 USD against payment receipt from national bank of Egypt (AL AHLY) Dokki branch, Egypt. (Account no.: 1600001111005006739).

The tenders must be submitted not later than November 30, 2014 in two envelopes at 12:00pm noon (Egypt local time).
Envelope (A) must contain all the required information (except all Schedules of Quantites & prices) and must include a Tender security in an acceptable form equal to 350,000 USD.
Envelope (B) must contain all Schedules of Quantities & prices.
Only envelope (A) will be opened November 30, 2014 at 12:00pm noon (Egypt local time) in the presence of Tenderer's representatives who choose to attend at the Headquarters' of UEEPC at the address shown above.
